This is a generalized pre-set 12 week strength plan for runners that have little to no experience in strength training and want guided, progressed, structured workouts to prevent injury and becoming a faster, stronger and more resilient runner.

No structure when you go to the gym? Still feeling stuck on how and when to progress? GET ME STRONGER Strength Program safely progresses you from body weight exercises to lifting heavy weights in the gym. This is a good starting point giving you a solid foundation to keep building onto, get you into a solid strength routine w/ structure and prevent injury due to overloading too heavy too soon.

This program includes:

  • Free information call

  • 2 structured workouts/ week (30-45 mins each)

  • Access to Trainerize App where your workouts will be

  • Unlimited communication with Dr. Trish

NOT for injured runners. If you’re injured or are prone to injuries, I suggest working with me 1:1 to develop a personalized plan for you.
