Meet Trish
For nearly a decade, Trish has helped runners and athletes recover from injury, build strength, and feel more confident in their movement. Her holistic approach blends physical therapy, run and strength coaching, and mindfulness to help athletes become more connected to their bodies and ultimately become more mindful runners.
Running has been part of Trish’s life since she was eight, when her dad introduced her to the running community. From early morning runs and race days to cross country and track, her love for movement, nature, and community eventually led her
to pursue a career in physical therapy.
After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and spending several years in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic, Trish knew
she wanted to offer something more personal than traditional, insurance-driven care.
She created Long Run Collective to give runners individualized support that looks beyond the injury and considers the whole athlete, body, mind, lifestyle, and goals.

Outside of running and physical therapy, Trish is a creator at heart. From gardening and handmade jewelry to restoring furniture and exploring herbal remedies, she finds joy in working with her hands and staying connected to the natural world.
These creative practices are another way to slow down, stay curious, and create with intention. Values that naturally carry into Long Run Collective.
