  • This depends on your goal! Typically I like to work with my clients for 4-6 months. Committing to the suggested timeframe will assure best results through commitment, consistency and compliance. Trust me, you’ll be happy with the results!

  • Either an open gym membership or a home gym with dumbbells and bands. Heavier weights available will be the best situation but lower weights can work just fine

  • Not in particular but I’d like to see your running metrics via Strava or other running app.
