Beyond Your Limits Program is a 1:1 personalized Run + Strength program that will help you build a solid foundation, gain knowledge in understanding your body/ when recovery is needed, improve confidence in yourself/ your running goals and help you build resilience to become a smarter, faster, stronger runner!
