A 14-week training plan including structured running plan and generalized strength plan guidance. Beginner & Intermediate level plans available. Plans given through V.O2 App. Accountability group chat through WhatsApp. Community runs with Made of Leaves Run Club every Tuesday night. Training plans will be sent out on Jan 11th after completion of consent form that will be sent via email.

What to Expect
  • Beginner: Run 3x/week, Strength 2x/week, 1 cross train day, 1 day off. Good for runners who have taken more than 3-4 weeks off from running consistently and have done little to no strength training.

    Intermediate: Run 4x/week, Strength 2x/ week, 1 day off. Good for runners who have taken no more than 2 weeks off from running and have a good strength training base.

  • Download the V.O2 Coaching App to access your running and strength plan. Plans will be set up on Sunday, Jan 11th.

  • A way to stay connected with everyone doing the same/ similar plan!

  • Join Made of Leaves Run Club every Tuesday at 7pm! We meet in the parking lot at 195 New York Ave in Jersey City Heights!
