What to Expect

Beginner: Run 3x/week, Strength 2x/week, 1 cross train day, 1 day off. Good for runners who have taken more than 3-4 weeks off from running consistently and have done little to no strength training.
Intermediate: Run 4x/week, Strength 2x/ week, 1 day off. Good for runners who have taken no more than 2 weeks off from running and have a good strength training base.
