Join us at Made of Leaves Studio (195 New York Ave, Jersey City Heights) every Wednesday at 7pm for a donation-based group strength training class starting January 14th through mid-April!

What to expect:
Build a strong foundation for an injury-resilient running season this spring
Learn essential runner-focused exercises that can be done at home
No heavy weights used in this class but be ready to work muscles you haven’t felt in a while!
Just Bring your yoga/ workout mat and some positive vibes!
